The real estate industry has become a major part of Kenya’s economy. In 2017 alone, the value of property transactions reached Kshs. 7 trillion ($70 billion). This means that the sector is worth nearly 3% of the country’s GDP.

Further, Kenyans have an appetitive for real estate that cannot be compared worldwide. Everyone wants a house or a piece of land. With that comes the need for good real estate companies. From property developers to real estate agents.

There are hundreds of these companies in the Kenyan market. However, Kenyans have become wary of some of these agencies especially since many operate from briefcases.

Dinara developers have become one of the biggest reliable and affordable housing providers. After purchasing large tracks of land, Dinara developers subdivide the land into smaller plots and then sell them. The plots undergo value-added processes such as water and power installation before being sold out to customers.

These type of property developers promise double digit growth in over time. The only issue that should concern you is to ensure that you get clean title deeds.

Easily the most famous real estate developers in Kenya, the company is one of the first to promise a quick return on investment in the Kenyan housing market. The created elite residences with a promise of efficient services.

Though their construction projects are beautiful and well thought out, they just can’t seem to keep out of court.

They are a true example of why the real estate business in Kenya needs more companies with integrity.
